Do other people have the same experience as I do. People make contact and make arrangement to meet. Then you either get a message or text to say " sorry can't make it" or not turn up at all. This happens so often on this site What do other people experience? Thanks
yes - all too often so be prepared to be disappointed or pleasantly surprised...
In a similiar way I have exchanged many a friendly message with people and suddenly they stop - no reason given and nothing said to offend - I have thought the people I am messaging feel we are getting to the point where we may ask to meet up and stop so they are not put in an awkward position of having to think of an excuse not to meet up and maybe be exposed as a fake and just playing fantasy games...
We had the same thing a few weeks back and posted about it, set up a coffee date turned up and they were a no show.
Maybe we need to start outing these people, probably not allowed. The good thing is that there are plenty of genuine nice sexy people out there.
yes Rustrixie, naming and shaming is very much the no no on these sites. It quickly turns into a he said/she said scenario. It is also a cowards way out if someone says something you don't like, or rejects you. Sometimes though, I wish we could so we could find the repeat offenders.
These days when I set up a meet, I assume they won't turn up, so I make it for a fast food place or coffee shop. That wy, if they don't show up, I can just get dinner and leave. If they do show up (bonus!) then we can grab a cup of coffee, somethng to eat and have a chat.
If they send a text or message, it is not the same thing as a no-show. You can't earn your way into a couple's bed... If they change their minds, then too bad. But yeah, standing someone up without the courtesy of a text, call or message is rude.
I have made a postings elsewhere on much the same topic - there are some people who treat this site as a gaming site, a real life Game of Thrones who make contact and then use their skills to convince other people they are real and do meet so its a challenge to sound convincing and provide any evidence they are genuine and when the game is over they just retreat into the anonymity of the keyboard and there is nothing you can do to confront them as its just part of the game, hearing your angry or puzzled response.
Haidee has the right attitude and assume the meeting is not going to happen and have a plan B so the day is not wasted.
I have noticed on some profiles where one of the conditions is to speak on the phone to the lady of the house, if they are reluctant to give out their phone number or it comes up as "private", thats Strike 1 - if she is "not available" after 2 or 3 requests, thats Strike 2 - if there is reluctance to have their wife speak on the phone or a "what for" response when asked, thats Strike 3....they're out.....
There are plenty of real people so don't waste too much time on the fakers, wannabe's and butters "Would love too but..."

We do this. The women talk on the phone first. It helps.

Yup. The other one we do, for bi-claiming men, is "boys only on first meet". Sorts out the waftams quick smart.

All I see here is some neck-beard complaining that sometimes people change their minds. No one is here for you to get laid. Until your dick is in there, it is not a guarantee. The privilege can be removed at any time... no one owes you sex. The term "time wasters" is a bullying tactic and the reverse would be "entitled asshole."
And as far as "warning mates" goes, this is nothing more than an attempt at bullying.
luvcurves, I'm all for pepole changing their minds. Happens all the time. What people are complaining about here is agreeing to meet up, then not showing, with no feedback, no text or anything. It wastes my time. When I have spent an hour getting ready, showering, shaving, whatever, only for the other person not to show, it's very frustrating. If they called or texted, saying "oops, can't make it", then fine. But no communication is just plain rude
Yes happens often. People are more into the thrill of chatting but will never meet any one, lots of fakes posing as women and couple I have found. The best way I deal with them is to ask them to call or or cam that alway sorts them out.

I'm in the majority here being a single male. But yes people contact you and then do not respond. I believe it now goes with the culture of having no responsibility or plain courtesy. It leaves a very sour taste in ones mouth, its like an adults face book were some people just want a big amount of friends. I feel better now

Yep happens a lot. But then one couple turn up and make it all worth the effort. Rest assured we try to answer all requests and if we say we can't make it is for good genuine reasons and we will try to make it another time. R&J

I could not agree more. we need to out these people who are better suited to face book. Sorry for sounding blunt but there are just to many time wasters with no courtesy or respect.
