Dunno why but I really struggle to get to sleep? even to get tired?. I know a lot of people say "I didnt get any sleep last night". But for me its a reality, my wife gets up and im still up. I then get ready and go to work.

I feel a bit rough at the moment and got no sleep last night at all, and the night before I got 3 hrs so in about 60 hours I have had three hours sleep icon_sad.gif . Fingers crossed I will get a few hours tonight?. If I go much longer than this I start to feel ill even if I am not tired still.

Im not sure if its a gift or a torment?

So how long can you go without sleep and what helps you to go to sleep?

Hi----------- Stress, depression or a deficiency in magnesium or iron could be causes for insomnia-----Chamomile and lavender oils do promote sleep and also lengthen sleep time, making you feel refreshed. A lavender sachet under your pillow, or 2 drops of lavender oil applied to the temples is believed to induce sleep--- i have had insomnia for over 30 yrs averaging 4 hrs a night ---- and am finding the length of sleep time increasing since i went to natural therapies --cant hurt and hey lavender smells nice --mite induce more sex hahahahahahahah

I would really recommend visiting a naturapath, they give you a comprehensive check-up and their medication is very good, natural and an alternative to the harsh western medication the pharmacutal companies try and get you to swallow (no pun)

I am being treated for a complicated illness and chose not to take the heavy medication (carcinagenic..eww) but decided to give naturapathic remidies a go. I found out I had an intolerance to milk, seriously deficient in vit d, have a build up of heavy toxins/metals etc so the tablets are slowly purging this crap out of my system.

Reiki is another way of healing your body and giving release - you feel very relaxed after a session. seriously, there are plenty of alternatives out there to help you.

good luck icon_smile.gif
