Has any one encountered people on this site ,who are actually operating as prostitutes / gigilo's.
I have encountered 2 such situations in the last week. One a lady, after chatting & arranging too meet tells me she charges $150-00 per 1/2 hour & the same with a bi couple Who charge $100-00 per session.
I will always offer to pay to help cover costs of motel rooms etc but If someone wants to solicit for sex ,there are other sites where they can offer thier services.
Just wondering if anyone else has come across the same situation.
soliciting in anyway shape or form is against the site AUp and people cna find themsleves being banned from the site for doing so.
Anything that involves someone saying they will meet or give them something in return for them paying anything is considered soliciting and it needs to be reported to a moderator.

MissT thats fine.. chatting doesnt hurt at any time. but it as been explained, what can happen to folks, who do in previous posts, though Even working girls, deserve time off to chill :)
So how do adult clubs go that post on SH with the taking of money to provide a service , would this fall into the same bracket as in the end its for someones own personal financial gain

One i would say.. they are considered a legit service *so to speak* Being abn and so would be needed.. for adult clubs to be run. And as we all know. Working girls in OZ arnt considered legit. so most of comes down to the rules.. of the country

Clubs dont provide the service of exchange cash for sex they provide the facility and the opportunity to meet people who may engage in sex with you .
It is entirely different to soliciting and prostitution.
As a couple we find the outrageous amount of money charged to desperate single men for the promise of potentially meeting someone who would have sex with is virtual prostitution of the couples female however no direct cash for sex occure's between participants, there is no obligation on the couple or female to participate ,
its not prostitution either but it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck must be a ?????
However we find the entry fees for attending are somewhat reasonable given the steam room spa sauna costs and cleaning and maintenance would be high and on going.
As to the legality like all ventures some are compliant and some aren't .
As to soliciting on this site we believe the moderated nature of chats and profiles would soon end any inappropriate profiles or offers.

I would also think think that as long as they are listed in the swing clubs then one would have the idea that it is a business not just someone doing something on the side. Being able to list in the swing clubs section should be moderated so only approved (by admin) can be listed in there to maintain the reputation they they are quality establishments.
I think they were talking about how you said "working girls" were illegal in Australia, that's not true. It's perfectly legal in most states although all have conditions... I know a few people who worked in the industry when they were younger (each to their own, not my thing but I guess it is for some) and in QLD at least solo opperators are legal as long as all "services" are "safe" and only one on one.
I'm sure someone can post the actual state laws if anyone is interested... Again not promoting it, just trying to clear up that it's not illegal...

^ That's the one. Possibly a typo or miscommunication but still, made it look like it was illegal. Again I totally agree people using this site for that should be reported, just didn't want people to think Australia was that backwards (we are only 50% backwards).

In My original post I was meaning ,when a couple or a single person arranges to meet & then, when you do meet to talk &/or play they all of a sudden tell you that there is a fee involved for the service. The fee is for the sex not for sharing costs of a motel etc.

thats soliciting if you wish to pay for sex.... thats your choice. But would say its bad form of the folks concerned.. if they didnt say that till you get there
For what it's worth... This is a swingers site. Surely Swingers clubs should advertise on here. The original question posed related to a simple bait and switch technique that goes from swinging to prostitution. For me it's prety simple members who are here to solicit need to leave. On a lighter note though I pay for sex all the time it's called a mortgage ;-) Before that the usual rate was 5 vodkas and orange when I was at uni or 4 subzeroes lol. We used to use the clubs a lot in our early days of swinging and have seen the discreet exchange of money to "working girls" at the door , even on one night the owners of the party even offered a female friend of ours $200 (she declined the offer)to work the rooms because thier girls hadnt shown up , was not to long after that we got out of the party scene as we didnt want to play with working girls and now only play in private
