Cant see cams

can ayone help .  My samsung  phone used to b  fine to watch cams .however it  now wont .Is tberea softwear update or somthing needed?

Have you done a support ticket??

What browser are you using? Chrome, you have to approve flashplayer to run now. Have you tried another browser, instead of your normal one. Have you updated all the software, ie browser, cam, adobe, that sorta thing.

And if you have, its best to go back to support tickets.
