Looking to find out more about Shed 16 from people's past and present experience as we are keen to check it out. We are still quite new to this lifestyle and we have only wanted to watch at parties up until now. We will be attending on Friday 25th of September and would like to know more about your views on the venue set up, pros and cons, and any recommendations from experienced swingers that will help ensure us of a good night out. We are also keen to know if other members are planning to go that night?
Shed 16 is fairly small as most of the building is taken up by the gay club (Peninsula Spa and Sauna). Downstairs it really only has a hot tub, showers and seating area. Upstairs there are about half a dozen rooms, one with a one way mirror to allow people outside to watch; a sex swing and BDSM chamber.
But small isn't necessarily bad - it can also mean cosy and intimate.
Friday nights are couples only. Our experience it that it pays to be bold. Wall flowers often miss out as a bolder couple sweeps in to woo the hotties you were eyeing off. Everyone is there for the same thing, so don't be shy.
Things are often pretty quiet until after 10pm. Get there earlier and there will be fewer people, but that sometimes makes it easier to get conversations going and it's easier to get a spot in the hot tub.
