I have fisted quite a few ladies, the first time was unintentional as I had three fingers in her and she said why not try the whole hand. So after a bit of manouvering I got it all in. Luckily I have a smaller hand, she came so hard as I turned my fist in her. It was an unbelievable experience for both of us, a first for both.
