I would put this in the category of one bad apple has spoilt the lot.

I have had two instances of guy that haven't cleaned well and the smell was completely offputing to the extent of me leaving..  That aside to be honest they are fun. An uncut penis is so super sensitive at the head because it's undercover most times, so when his little hoody is pulled back and a lot of nibbling ensues, a quite dramatic explosion ensues. 

Another thing I've noticed is they do get harder in a shorter time span than a cut penis which makes for longer play.

Bob was just amused at the silly reasons mentioned as reasons for getting the chop. By all means, get it done if you think you like the idea of being circumcised, but dont try to justify the decision with such an inane reason. And working in a grubby environment doesn't make your dick grubby (cut or uncut), unless you're doing a bit of kinky stuff at work. And even that is easily remedied with a modicum of common sense and soap and water. 

There is no excuse not to keep it clean, I shower with my wife a couple of times a week and I openly soap it up. Sometimes she does it for me! I am uncut and wash under my foreskin everyday, it is just something that I would not consider not doing. Talking of cut v uncut, when my wife and I discuss the fantasy of a threesome her desire is to have another guy who is cut. Hopefully sometime soon.

 Sometimes it's not about laziness, in healthcare dementia is one area that poses a problem where nurses have to clean under the foreskin and they guys forget about it. There are the fors and the against. I myself am cut as are my boys. I wouldn't say child  abuse at such a young age when typically done.  There are plenty of studies on the matter some sugest, that guys that are cut take a bit longer to pass the line than uncut guys except when playing safe with a rubber and the foreskin not pulled back first.
