Meet and Greet in Newcastle

Looks like we might try and make it. Never been to a meet and greet before

Accom booked. We are coming  

Ok all you Sexy People, with just under a week to go until we all meet up, its looking like it is going to be a great group of people.

Just a reminder it starts at 7pm and we are meeting up top, at the Breakfast Terrance in New Lambton Wests. We will probably eventually move down to the Marble Bar, where the atmosphere is better and there is seating, a stage and a dance floor with the band Loko playing. 

Thinking of making Decra where a badge of some description, unless anyone has any ideas lol.....

Just joking, got no idea what restrictions will be in place, but we have a balcony suite and the spas all mine

 Well, you are set either way!!

Well, if we don't get in, my place is not far..lol. 

The regulations are that there can be no more than 100 persons in each enclosed area of the premises (read each room) so it will be interesting 

what numbers do we think we’ll get, or should I ask what number did the previous meets get?

Aussiefudd, it is a little unknown on the numbers as not everyone will acknowledge on here that they are going. I know of a handful that have stated to me that they are coming, but haven't stated it in this forum. But yes, I am needing to know the numbers, due to the group restrictions policy for CODIV - 19. Currently the venue Wests New Lambton is stating that they are open - "The safety and well being of Wests clients, visitors and employees is of paramount importance and remains our top priority. Wests is closely monitoring and responding appropriately to the situation with Coronavirus (Covid-19) and advice provided by the Australian Government Department of Health. Wests New Lambton Bowling Club is currently CLOSED. All other Wests venues remain OPEN."). 

Hey there everyone,

Due to the current situation with number restrictions on groups in indoor spaces, we are trying to gather a rough number of who will be attending the Newcastle Meet & Greet this Saturday night at Wests New Lambton, so that we are prepared for any changes that may need to be made. From my understanding, most people are still attending and some have made a huge effort to travel and stay in Newcastle for this event and a lot of people of have been looking forward to it.

Also, any updates about this event, will be made posted in here (Australian Swingers Forum/Let's Meet Up!/Meet and Greet in Newcastle).

So if you are attending or even if you're a maybe, could you please reply on here, so that we can gather numbers.
