And recommendations for a Personal Trainer for my wife. Workout, stretch core strength at home. Looking for someone motivational in a non abrasive way. Someone who is more encouraging than aggressive.

before you start spending too much money start with some thing simple if you have a dog take it for a walk every day if possible or just go for a walk, not to slow but fast enough to hold a conversation. Cut out as much sugar and fat from your diet with out it being to boring look at it from the point of view calories in verses calories out exercise is good and can be simple mowing the lawn, vacuuming, gardening youtube home exercises (stretching) after a few months then pay for a PT they can be expensive but get you results. The key thing is consistency no bullshit excuses do it as often as possible start small and increase gradually good luck

thanks for the advice but the money’s not an issue. We are not filthy rich but can afford it. We don’t have a dog. She works hard and I would prefer to keep paying the Gardiner and cleaners so she gets to have some time (like PT) focused elsewhere with someone who will encourage her and make her feel good.
