Use all the reference, not sure why the other part is crossed out. I just copied and pasted it into Google and it was exactly the point that you start. It's the Lat and Long coordinates.

Only one part of the location is visible. Mustn’t be able to send location here. But I’ve been here also it’s a great dogging spot . Mostly guys but I have had fun with a few couples too

There is no best day/time, but if you think logically then I would suggest times when all kids are at school or weekend afternoon is best. Discretion is paramount.

Took a drive to Windang today. I had had a sniff around here 5 years ago and there were plenty of clearings in the dunes for privacy. Looks like everything is now overgrown. Happy for you to DM me otherwise.
