Meet ups during Lockdown

I cannot understand the mentality of people in Victoria still advertising to "Hook Up' with people during the 7 day Lockdown in Victoria.

"Intimate partners" does NOT mean indiscriminate sex with strangers.... it is to cover those couples in an existing relationship who do not live in the same household.

Disregarding or flouting the regulations into a twisted interpretation does not bode well for ALL of the people trying to do the right thing for the sake of all.

If it is impossible to not avoid sex for ONE week, then masturbate or save up the desire for when the restrictions are eased.

Self interest and selfishness is not the solution.

Perhaps those seeking hook ups in lockdown areas are anti lockdown types?

The case level didn't go close to what NSW has managed and stayed open. It was quite the over reaction. Masks, tracing and isolating contacts really should have been enough.

I do agree there is higher risk at such a time. Still, could be spread between those in a relationship but apart or in the same house, viruses can be found in unlikely places.

What concerns me is that those who aren't worried about being covid safe, do they have the same cavalier approach to sexual health and hygiene?  That is concerning.
