Nude beaches

Hi all, I am looking for tips on any good nude beaches close to Sydney that I can take a nervous female friend to during the week. I has to be within 1 & 1/2 hours drive maximum of Blacktown as we can only go after the school drop off at 9am and need to be back for the school pick up at 3pm. Thanks in advance.
