what is the difference between directing or encouragement ?
Tonight i stuck up for someone that was giving encourangement to a couple on cam
1 couple was going hammer and tongs and some one gave encouragement of go for it XXXXX
this was then deemed as directing by the mod
How is it possibly directing when they are already going hard and not taking any notice of the chat room or anyone talking
I then get a message stating that there was complaints i was directing . wtf ???
I can understand if you are telling or asking someone to do something specific but if they are already doing something how can that possibly be directing ??
Cmon mods what is going on ??
regardless of whether they watching chat or not. The rules state you cannot ask or tell someone on cam what to do.
If you do then your directing. If you wish to ask admin to clarify this then feel free to put a support ticket in to admin.

Also, if someone is playing on cam why do others insist on private messaging them? If they're playing, they're busy! They've been kind enough to turn their cam on so others should be polite enough to just watch the show. Can't wait for the day when cam block is available and you can block those that are annoying and feel it's their right to send stupid messages and interrupt the cam show.
yes it can be ignored but when the computer is binging its head off its annoying, last time we went on we had 80 messages and some had why arnt you replying to me. now for me that is obvious

can turn sounds off..... can turn whispers off..... turn them to authorized. My question is.... if you dont want to be disturbed while playing.... why leave whispers open??? If whats there cant be used in the first place... Having the cam block wont change that, you will still get those that whisper.... :banghead::banghead:
But to get this back on track.. The link as been given. On what is considered directing....
If you wish to be pointed to support tickets. Your welcome to take it up with them. It is their site ..

In answer....
Directing is anything that can been seen as telling a cammer, to do something, be it a joke or not. These are not mods rules. this is how the site admin see this rule. Wishing and suggesting.... can also be taken as telling a cammer, what to do. Admin had allowed, certain questions, to be asked, BUT seems members, who play in NO DIRECTING room, prefer not to be directed in anyway or form, so this was stopped. Mods didnt change it, request came from cammers... as feedback stopped this.
Encouragement is .. Nice moves.... Would you be doing more? That kind of thing, as shown by a post i previously linked to this thread. :)
Mods give room warnings, email warnings and even whisper warnings. Even folks in the No directing rooms, have even stated this when its happening, Oh i see, is that what you meant by security guards?? ...
Over all - You dont like whats happened, please email admin, on this matter, and they will look at all logs and notes. :)

If you think that, yr welcome to send a ticket to admin, if mods are wrong on anything management let them know. But then again..... Mods follow what admin want. if you don't like what the rules are. Please go ahead and let admin know. You never know it might get a rule changed,

quite simple ..... if ppl followed the rules , there would be no need for mods
i would think most of us would be happier to just be a normal member and enjoy the site ,not have to explain the rules every day that ppl agree to when they sigh up , as rose has stated , there admins rules not ours !

Johnnyswinger, there is no 'spirit of the rule'. The rule is the rule. Dont Tell People On Cam What To Do. It's easy One of the main reasons people I know don't cam any more is because of the things asked of them, whether in main room or PM. Sit back and enjoy the show, if you don't like it, watch someone else's cam
Well as a mod and also a member.... when you cam and are having a great time .. there is nothing more off putting than constant whispers telling you what they want to see or demand that you do ... hence the No Directing Rule.... so yup you turn whispers off and then you may glance at the room and low and behold the room fills up with.... Show us ...Lift that ... move this way .... Camming is for the couples/single/group ... not for those given the privilege of watching.
There is one single event that is at least an annoyance and at worst foul and downright degrading and that is constant directing of folks on cam , it is true some ladies like men telling them how great they are and how sexy ect but its seems only a short leap to abusive and derogatory comments, the more directed comments the more others join in and it snow balls
Like jazz said , we know of more people who no longer cam, than do cam and the sole reason is constant whispering even when they say in profile no whispers from "@#$%" please read profiles before you invite yourself into someone else's night.
If the show is a good one and has some action the last thing to do, is break the concentration of the folks by interrupting.
As to the Mod comments of this thread , They are a necessary element of this site , as they have said you have a right to go to admin if you dont agree Ive been there a few times , remember the term mod is for moderator and thats what they are trying to do, just limit excess behaviors comments and attacks on others ie "moderate"
Shame more people that like being directed do not use the directors chair room.
Save the warnings and bans and dramas that come from them.
Yet it hardly ever has anyone in there.
