To make a good site great....
It takes not only what Admin put in place, BUT members as well.
Recently alot of things have got back to moderators and admin, On a few things... So thought i would shed some light.
One is, anyone can state the site rules or AUP or chat rules.
No law against it... Doesnt mean their Dobbing!!! or wanting to be mods.....
It means, they want what admin want...A site where folks can come to, without, copping, flack....
ie Directors in no directing rooms, for one....
To say they want to be mods, Now that one is funny.... In the time i have used chat.... And been a mod.... the percentage is very dam low, of folks, who would want do the job.... I wouldnt recommend it, and thats any where....on any site.
Now this comment floored me, why report?
Well gees thats not hard to answer at least for me.
Because, to keep members.
for example
Folks cop directing often, specially if they are on cam, folks believe, if your naked your a performing seal, uumm no WRONG.
Folks think, they can whisper these folks, and talk in ways, that in reality, most wouldnt, unless they have known the person in person for a long time.
So it comes down to this... Do we let those who think they can treat people badly, or cant follow site rules,( which in all honesty, are some of the easiest rules, going, that i have come across on sites), Make folks, feel that uncomfortable, they leave.
So yes.. state the rules.... please check you do understand the directing rule before you do...lol Report, if they are breaking rules.... most folks learn quick, and only need a warning....once....
Its not just up to admin and mods....
Respect goes a long way...
Oh and play nice with the mods...
*PS mods are the biggest purves...we dont enjoy giving warnings, though i do brag about it.. HAve a rep to keep..lol you see.
They are just members, they just believe in wanting to make sure this site is the greatest and biggest one going for Australia..
