The best time mikealike, anytime really, no one is ever there, you have it all to yourself. Lights on, light off, even parking the car with lots of view to the road, no interest. Hopping out the car, apart from dog walkers at 8pm, it's all quiet after that.
Dogging is a myth there when we have been the only ones doing it and the only ones we've seen.
most of the bayside is dead, only place i've seen anything was at the boat ramp at wynnum/manly on twice on a monday during the day and it was just a bit of flashing
