If your looking for spots to 'randomly' find people your stabbing in the dark a little. All the old haunts are still the more common but usually these are pre arranged so not technically how dogging should be. Comslie, Mt cootha, the park you can drive into over tingalpa, mini, though I would avoid it as its gotten some attention, Karawtha from the illaweena st entry round browns plains, Park over at shand st stafford. Theres a few spots but again, like the suggestions above if you plan something you will get a few along
