i've done a couple of these now. biggest challenges are
1. late entry of women and couples. i'm guessing there's a desire to see others go first! but it makes it hard to make the thing happen
2. people who say they will turn up not turning up. after the first party i now meet the vest majority. if you won't meet me you probably won't come to the party! i can also set some expectations especially for people who haven't been to a gangbang before
3. first party had a few guys who were shy being with so many other naked guys!! again meetings dealt with this for the 2nd party. i've recruited through 3 sites including this one.
i encourage couples and women to PM me and let me know you're interested in potential future parties so i can contact you rather than you contact me on the day.
i hope we can have more fun evenings. just so single guys know, finding 30+ is better fit, must be happy to be naked in close proximity to other guys - even better if bi-friendly. there is a small charge to cover accom and nibbles costs
