Must concur with Infitite Sky though, if you want to be 100% safe, then use a condom. The risks are low, but the risks are there that you can catch any number of things - Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Herpes, HIV (just to name a few). If using a condom for oral isn't appealing to you, then get to know the person. Ask if they get tested on a regular basis, find out how often the play and if they are safe when they play.
There are risks in everything, just find a way to mitigate them to a level you are comfortable with...
