I'm ass-uming it would be like Subway or Wet, in Melbourne.
Pay about $20, and you are given a locker key. Undress and wrap the supplied towel around your waste.
Have a walk around the place for the first 15-20 mins. investigate everything.
You'll find that nobody speaks, unless you hook up with someone...take a chance and speak up.
Enjoy the sauna, spa, steam-room, use the porn lounge, have a quiet beer or 2.
Just enjoy the 'me-time'...very relaxing, and like another world.
No-one is overbearing and usually, I've found, quite friendly, if you initiate the conversation.
I find that I'm normally at the saunas for around 3-4 hours.
If you think it's time to go home, and you've had no luck, you can always go to a room and pull over some guy you have seen there.
If it's your first sauna visit DO NOT use Amyl if offered, unless you've used in the past.

Wlk around. Have a look. Check out all the rooms upstairs and downstairs.
If you get hit on and you dont wanna, just say No....
Its well worth the time
I procrastinated for about 2 years before finally getting the courage to go in.
Now I go there at least once a week.
