I am sure gongswing is aware of the risks associated with "natural play" (which I assume means bareback sex). Again it is their right to explorer sex how they want and as long as everyone involved is informed and consenting then we should not be condemning them for it. Probably wouldn't hurt to get regular check ups.
As for requirements I see and heard some absolutely ridiculous ones. Had one female of a couple say she only wanted to play with guys that was over 6 foot although she was only 5'5" 
yeah can't explain that one. Which brings me to a single lady looking for a lifetime partner but only guys that was taller than her (she is 5'11"), if is a fair call, but do you put a height requirement on love? Then there are the ones that the guy has be circumcised, can't see how that will make much difference when you are wearing a condom. Another was no body hair, shaved downstairs and the list goes on
