It is a pity there is not a transgender part of this forum. I would be very active as i am sure would others. I do not consider myself gay but i have to post there if i am seeking a male for casual fun. It would be nice to be recognised for who we are. Trans people like to play sexy as well!

I thought if you identify as female (as opposed to male with a crossdressing fetish) then seeking male partners would make you straight. I have no problem with the idea of a transgender forum, but you could probably get away with seeking males in any of the forums (gay, straight, or Let's Meet Up).

Lets just say that some males dont like that sort of attention and i have learnt not to tempt fate or having my teeth knocked in.

Admin are and have been looking into the forums, and changing them around, will edit this post later with the link. But if the transgendered have their own, then so would every mix. So does it mean you just only want those folks to reply in that one forum, or can everyone? Just so admin know what you mean with this thought.

What i was thinking would be a forum area where transgendered people can 'flirt' or put up events or similar where other interested persons could choose to browse and respond at their discretion. I am female as far as i am concerned and i am Bi in orientation. When i flirt with people or approach them online to hookup i want them to be immediatly aware of the fact that i was born with a penis but choose not to live that way. I feel it is important as a safety net for both parties. It allows safe 'advertising' and safe 'browsing' for both transgender people and people who wih to be with transgender people without the ambiguity and potential for miss understanding in the current system. For instance if i want to hook up with a guy (yes please  ) as things stand then i am posting in the gay forums for safety sake and the gay members themselves may not appreciate that.

but if your a guy looking for a guy, doesnt that in a small techie kinda way.... mean yeh gay?? So you should be fine to post, i would think... would defeat the purpose, if you cant be allowed... to post... oh im getting my self all confuzzled lol... No im not picking on you.. just making sure.. im getting the right meaning of what you would love to see. *early morning shift, means, im worse at making sense at any other time... So ok try this again... I can see where your coming from.. really.......... you could start a thread up in the uumm gay section say.. mark it transgender... And see what happens.. even in say lets meet up, or the normal discussion... thread. At the moment im not sure when the forum will be changed. So this idea might be a good way, to see, if there is plenty of interest.

I think the hitch is that gay guys are not looking for action from girls, and thats what i present as. So its more like a girl trying to get some attention in the gay forum if you get my drift. And for example i am currently on hormones and will be getting Sex Re-assignment Surgery in the future so where would i post then?

my answer.. as me.... anywhere you felt comfortable smile...
Well if the girl is looking for girl.. the gay forum... isnt a bad place to start.
:) Well you have already started the process... to see where things uum lie so to speak. I wish nothing but a great journey for you.
As a mod, i would suggest trying what i have recommended, at least to get a wider feedback... Just remember not all members read the forum, or admit that they do :).. Lets see how much interest, gets shown. And maybe, it may just happen sooner then later.
As i said earlier, have posted and past on this thread to admin. :) Cant promise you will have the thread straight away. As that is up to them. Time will tell.. and good luck :)

I know it is a bit hard to get your head around when you haven't thought it through, but I think she put the problem very well
