has anyone out there had a circumcision done as an adult. Am considering looking into and was hoping to hear the experiences of others in relation to the proceedure and the results. Cheers

Can't speak from personal experience, but from what I've heard it can be horrendous. First question that springs to mind is WHY? Unless there's a medical reason for it I wouldn't even consider it.

If i was you i would get it done .. dont listen to anyone who has not had it done ........ It is only day surgery and a few weeks without sex but the end result is well worth it ..

I was circumcised when I was 21. It ended up being quite a drama as I bled internally so when I woke up from the anesthetic I found a cock the size of a coffee jar, which I didn't mind, but the purple colour didn't impress me. I had to spend a few days in hospital and still remember wakening up in the middle of the night with a raging hard on stretching the stitches – The pain was intense. Fortunately everything came good in a couple of weeks and at the end of it all I was glad I had it done. For me it never made any difference when having sex but its been great from a cleanliness point of view. The one thing I did notice however is that I got far less knock backs for head jobs from both ladies and guys after I had it done.

I've heard horror stories regarding infections, disfigurement etc... but on the other hand there's pro-circ sites like this with plenty of advice and "happy endings": REMOVED BY ADMIN <shrug> Just be sure to do your research - and if you go ahead with it, pick a good doctor ;-) EDIT: <sigh> Google something like "Adult Circumcision Stories - Men Circumcised As Adults Tell It As It Is" and you should find what I was referring to.

there is no way i want any part of me removed unless medically advised with bloody strong reasoning to back it up. esp such a sensitive area, de-sensitisation of your junk just for asthetics? no thanks.

Why do you want to have it done hun?
My husband is circumcised and i have never tried an uncut guy.
However i actually prefer the way uncut guys look with the extra skin and if i was single wouldn't hesitate in trying one as i think it would be fun.

I am uncut and actually really enjoy it and my girl really likes it too. It is as easy to keep clean and fresh down there as it is everywhere else. I struggle to see why people find it dirty, if someone doesn't wash it's going to be horrible regardless of foreskin or not! Higiene is not rocket science! I also like that funnily enough from the parties we've attended that uncut is far less common than cut and sets me out from the other men there. If that turns ladies away that's their choice but there are plenty who don't mind or are curious.
