Has anyone camped at Samurai beach camping ground? How do you make a booking, what facilities are there etc. I am thinking of taking a drive and checking out the beach and doing some 4wding, and surfing.

Don't quote me on this but we were informed by a friend that camping there is free, basically find a spot and you are good to go. The only caveats are that you must take away your own waste and consider there are no toilets you may want to bring your own toilet/chemical toilet. You are not allowed to dig your own shitters.

birdie has toilets, showers and rubbish removal just that the camping area isnt free or nude. only the beach is nude.
samurai is great from the 4x4 access and its free. we will miss samurai as we had to sell our 4x4
