Hi, I guess it would depend on the quality of the metal in the clit piercing. If it was made from, say, a coke can....then would wear out really quick. However, if it was made from, say, kryptonite... then probably would never wear out

It depends on the piercing. I have a banana bar that sits on top of my clit under my hood and not only does it make it more sensitive it always acts as GPS for those that have no bloody idea on how to find a clit!
