I think that some guys (but not all) who sign up do so on the mistaken belief that just by joining up and going into a chat room, all the Fem's will throw themselves at them and the hubby's will be offering their wives to free - when they find out the opposite is true and on the whole, most people (M or F) will ignore them or at worst, tell then to Eff Off take their anger out on some of the ladies on cam, especially if the lady ignores them - these guys may not be aware that a young attractive lady on cam may be whispered by 20, 30 40 or more guys and its impossible to reply or chat to each one.
It has been suggested to the management for anybody on cam to be able to block undesirables from watching them but nothing has happened.

When Mrs Fire is on cam we get the usual flood of private messages. If the message is Hi there, or something equally boring or offensive we delete the message without reply. All further messages from that person are deleted without being read. We can delete as long as they can message. So, the moral is guys, be original, or witty and you will get a reply. Mrs Fire's favourite at this stage was "Your breasts should be listed in the Melways (street directory) under places of worship"

Have to agree, many who seem to come across site, like ours, seem to think, its free rein, to expect more. To push, some boundaries, not knowing, that a little bit of class, will get you alot more, then the no respect class.

Not that we expect most single guys to read this thread as we have concluded most of them cannot read. Mrs Bay is reluctant to get on cam for the same reason. The constant crude requests from single guys and lack of respect has really soured the joy of getting on cam. They are a naissance on chat and simply degrade the integrity of the site with their behaviour. Sadly this site isn't exempted from the scourge of the Neanderthal like behaviour often witnessed on chat.

Comes with the territory. I'm not one of these guys who send dirty messages to any pair of tits I see on cam because I know some class is required, but I can imagine what the flood smells like. But they are just pixels on a screen really doesn't matter how they get there just ignore it, don't spoil it for us guys that just like to watch and enjoy it.

as with most things in this world ,,it is the vocal minority that ruins things for the silent majority . not all are single men are seagulls or meerkats , though I can see how many ladies and couples see us as such.

Just an observation that I (Leslie) have with regards the comments made, in the chatrooms, when there is another female on cam.
It seems that many, if not most of the guys, will make comments just because there happens to be a pair of boobs or a woman on cam, even if the woman was a 90 year old ex sumo wrestler with a hairy upper lip they will still make comments along the lines of " looking good " etc. They seem to comment just for the sake of commenting and I don't think that they are ever sincere nor really mean what they say.
I have put on my webcam perhaps 5 times in total, just giving a few tasteful flirts and flashes. In the process my screen lights up with dozens and dozens of whispers, the majority of which are filled with obscene comments along the lines of : I wanna suck your wet pussy and rim your tight ass whilst I blow my load into your mouth Etc etc
Now clearly the average meerkat on here is of the opinion that just because one has a profile on a swingers site that one is a slut and that one will always be ready, legs widely spread, just waiting for them. And that it's acceptable for them to treat one with utter disrespect and that one has to accept this.
The very same happens at some swingers clubs on those nights that single guys are let in. These meerkats lose all respect and decency and become loud mouthed, feral groupers who hunt in packs and follow the women around, into the toilets, sometimes attempting to kick doors in and or climb over partition walls to private rooms.
Just what is their excuse? Hornyness?
Swinging is supposed to be about couples and it should be a sensual experience. It seems that the "single" guys, who can't get a "root" or a date, have hijacked this site and the swingers clubs as they think that they are going to get lucky. Of courts the owners make a lot more $ off the guys as they are selling the possibility of a root to these meerkats. Which is why there is such a high % of supposedly single guys on here.
And then they wonder why, when they whisper to us, we crap on them. And that's even the nice ones. It's because we have tarred them all with the same brush.
We have, in our profile wording asked them not to comment on our photos, because we were getting a lot of really dirty and disrespectful comments. But still they continue and so we have to delete the comments as quickly as they are made.
Guys, you need to learn how to behave and to treat the real women, and real couples on here with respect. If not you will be ignored and then blocked as soon as the block facility is implemented .

Leslie, we no longer attend parties that offer entry to single guys for the reasons you have mentioned. The party organisers are simply in it for the money and nothing else. There is no magic ratio and I doubt very much most organisers actually screen the single guys before taking their cash. What we have experienced, seen and heard has been utterly disgraceful.
To be fair not all single guys behave like pigs, unfortunately more often and not you are just collateral damage.
I like the idea of a chatroom having an option to block single guys from viewing and perhaps they may have to earn the trust/respect of the cammer before they are granted access to view their cam. It seems we may need to treat them as children if they are going to act like them.

In defence of 'single' guys, my missus and I have met quite a few and they have nearly always been polite respectful and horny. After all, we are on a swinger site, and looking to meet and possibly play with others,whether they are single, married, a couple, a group, unaccompanied or whatever.
I'm a bit mystified about the negativity and labelling directed towards guys who look at women who cam. After all, would you still cam if no-one watched?
Some of the opening lines, and whispers are groan-worthy but if we wanted vanilla chat, we'd go elsewhere. And while I'm having a rant; guys on cam, whether profiled as single or a couple are as deserving of courtesy as women camming. If one doesn't want to watch, look elsewhere. After all, it's only cyberspace

ozdude, you will find that a lot of women (mostly) won't go on cam anymore due to the obscenities we are bombarded with as soon as we are in view. Yes, a lot of single guys are lovely, respectful and courteous, but when I am sitting quietly on cam, dressed or undressed I do not expect to be deluged with comments that are unrepeatable, repulsive and, to be honest, sometimes frightening.
I will not be doing anything other than sitting on cam, fully clothed until a block button can be devised so that as soon as these comments come up I can block the user from ever seeing my cam again.
And yes, oz, I have been on cam when no one was watching me. And I left it on.
I can tell as soon as a woman has gone on cam, no matter what she is doing as the single guys (invariably) will pop up with comments in the main room when they haven't spoken up at any other time. They do not answer anyone in chat, refuse to become included, other than remarking about what they wnt to do with whomever is on cam.
This is why the negativity and bias towards single men, even though the vast majority do not act like this

He replies that he has the right to comment and if we don't want him to comment then we must remove our photos from our public album !!

Ozdude, nothing against single guys who do the right thing, its the ones who are so disrespectful when a female gets on cam. Yes it is true it is a swingers site but surely that doesn't mean you can act like a total tool towards the cammer. Vanilla chat or not it shouldn't include abusive comments.

Even though this is a swingers site it does not mean that one has to accept offensive and disrespectful comments and behaviour. Clearly the meerkats think that one does, and that it is acceptable for them to behave as such. No one needs to "defend" them as they are not the victims in this regard.
The problem is that they get away with it here in cyberspace and then behave in the same manner if and when they get let into a swingers club, where they continue to push, grope and insult, again using the excuse that it's a swingers club and one must expect such treatment. The reality of the situation is that such behaviour is against the clubs code of conduct and in contravention of its licensing laws. No always means no, and by law no one should feel threatened nor unsafe at such a venue. Ok&Q touched on this subject in the Bayside / Attunga thread in the commercial party section of the forum.
It's not all males that are behaving badly, just a few. And it is these few that give the others a bad name and reputation, and as a result will end up chasing the genuine couples and or females away.
I know that as soon as the Block facility is up and running, that I will use it to block anyone who is disrespectful from viewing my profile. Hopefully the guys will then learn that they get nowhere by such behaviour in here. Surely they don't walk up to someone at work and say these things, so why behave like that in here, unless they see this as a fantasy land?

The problem with starting a "couples room" is that so many of the couples on SH are not really couples, but guys posing as couples. We have found that out many a time now.
But if a "couple" starts talking like a single feral "meerkat" then its a dead give away - LOL.
Most of the "single guys" dont bother to read ones profile wording and I doubt that they even read these forums.
Before I get shot down in flames for this one, I get a lot of "whispers" from guys, every time I am in the chatroom - easily 30 + in a single session, and 99% of these have obviously not read my profile where it says no whispers. They just go straight ahead and jump in with crude opening lines.
The other 1 % actually start off by saying " I know I should not be whispering to you, as I read your profile ..... but you are a sexy woman and I thought that there might me a chance for me to ... "
So they know that they are wrong, and that they are treading on my toes, but they try their luck in any event. Of course the message that this sends to me, is that that have little regard or respect for my wishes, and then they get upset when I dont take the bait and get down and dirty with them?
Yes, the "single guys" are the ones that keep this site financially viable - its the allure of possibly getting laid, which is why clubs like Attunga are packed, like sardines, with "single" males, on those nights that they let them in. The problem though is that you have 40 + single guys in a club, and only 4 or 5 couples, that the single guys get quite aggressive in their hunt to get laid, as there is a lot of competition.
The same applies to the chat here on SH.

I have met some absolutely wonderful single guys off this site, I really have. I find if they whisper me to say hello in a nice respectful manner I am open to having a chat with them. I don't have to see each one as fb material, I chat for the social side as well.
This method has enabled me to make quite a few male friends on here that I may never get the chance to meet in person due to maybe distance, for example. But I took the time to say hi and have made some strong friendships this way, albeit some will be online only, but man, the conversations I have with some are very stimulating and refreshing.
Sure I have chatted to some real dropkicks too but its so easy to press ignore or block so its no real biggy for me.
As for camming, I cam up quite regularly and yes you get bombarded with whispers but once again you can choose who you speak to and who you don't.
I do agree the site is overflowing with single guys, but that is true for every site similar to this one, just how guys are wired I guess......and we all have a choice if we come here or not.....no one is forcing us to login :smile:
Having said all that I do have days where I am 'over' the comments I get but I take each with a grain of salt until I get to know that person more......if I want to that is......but all in all I enjoy the single guys banter on here, the whispers I have had with some......... and the ones I have met in person........ all good here
