Well mate ~ I have read your frustration and may I offer these thoughts ...
- you say "on-site for 12 months" ... yet your join date is April > not quite 12 months yet
- I read your profile and I have to say "sorry mate, it doesn't sound sexually interesting"
If I may make a suggestion, then maybe revise the wording of your profile to at least sound a bit more enticing to the 'audience' group you are seeking ~ keep being honest, but open up a bit more with who/what you're after and offer something interesting in return
