A competitor to the We-Vibe is the Lelo Tiani 2, and although we haven't tried a We-Vibe we really like the Tiani 2.
The Tiani 2 has a few things over the We-Vibe. The Tiani 2 has a much better feel to the silicon. It feels so silky smooth and delightful to touch, where as the We-Vibe still feels a bit rubbery. The Tiani 2 also has two "attachments" for the part that slips inside the woman - one for solo use and one sculpted for use when sharing space in there with a penis. But the biggest win goes to the remote. Not only is it a beautifully designed remote control, it also vibrates in sync with the toy. So the person holding the remote always knows exactly what the toy is doing (which is very handy when there are 8 modes to choose from). The remote also has a mode where the vibration of the toy depends on how much you shake the remote (sounds fun, but is actually kind of useless), and a mode where the strength of the vibration varies depending on the angle you hold the remote at (hold it flat for gentle vibration, or upright for strong vibration, and every variation in between). So the person with the remote can control exactly how and when the toy vibrates. This is very cool! You can also use the remote to stimulate her (or his) nipples or neck while the toy is working away down below.
From what we have read the two benefits of the We-Vibe are that is easy to use (the Tiani 2 does need you to read the manual), and that it has 2 motors - one in each end. The two motors is probably pretty good.
Mrs T has had some great orgasms with the Tiani 2 and we would definitely suggest that you check it out. But different people appreciate different things, so there's no guarantee it will float your boat.

I have a we vibe 3, not really any use solo, can heighten things together, not really worth the money

We have the we vibe 3 and we both love it. The remote is great. I enjoy it on my own or to give us both pleasure.

mmmm we must be using it wrong as we got our first one and took it back as we thought it was faulty,they gave us another one and the same thing happens. We find the remote does not work unless legs are spread and you point the remote straight at it ,so we have found no joy as in using it when out under clothing ,so either we are doing something wrong or they are a dud.

We have read several reviews that say the same (about both the We-Vibe and the Tiani 2) - that the remote signal is blocked by bodies, tables, even heavy clothing.
We haven't experienced any problems with our Tiani 2 remote, even when there are two bodies in the way. But we haven't tried it clothed and out in public yet.
