It seems like everything else in the world that a small minority are ruining things for the majority on here. This is an adult site last time I looked at it but some people on here act like children by playing games with people on here. They either pretend to be a couple or a female but are really a male.
There are those that like to mess people around by teeing up meetings and not turning up and it is not only happening to men but to couples and females. In the time I have been on this site I have met a lot of great people and they all have had some one fail to turn up.
May I suggest if people want to play games then go to a site that caters for that and let us adults enjoy life.
Should we start naming and shaming these people?

Oh lets not go that way. This is a better way, there is a abuse/report button on every profile. Use it. A verification letter then gets sent. If they dont confirm, within the time frame. Then the profile, is changed to reflect that, or banned, until they email or lovely admin folk. So if you dont report, what you believe could be a deceiving profile, then really your not helping the site, or the members.
Out of curiosity, are the "no shows" typically from people with whom you haven't done a great deal of chatting before arranging to meet?
This may not be any sort of an answer, but it's our experience. We always exchange several messages and chat a bit before arranging to meet, and we've never yet had anyone no show. Sometimes they might have to cancel, but they always let us know and we arrange another time. We wonder if chatting for a time before meeting helps weed out those who aren't really serious.
But Tempted Two... Chatting is just for fakes, tyre kickers, time wasters. It's for people who aren't serious, who are just here to be all talk, no action. Isn't it?

Heaven forbid that people who are going to invite others into their lives, beds and/ or relationships actually spend more than half a second establishing rapport with their potential partner/s.
I wish that people would take the time to consider that Online dating sites/swinging sites/sex chat sites are not supermarkets! You can't just walk in and pick out a desirable cut of meat off the shelf, take home and eat it! We live in a world of instant gratification, and sadly too many ppl have those same expectations of these sites. Not necessarily the OP's experience ( I have no idea) but in my experience, the time invested makes for a more satisfying ( and more reliable) encounter.

you and tempted have it right, we chat with people for a while and we check out thier posts in the forum, it usually shows true colours.

I have had quite a few 'couples' chat and you can clearly see they are couples (via cam/pics and chat) then of course it moves on to messages and getting to know a bit more and organising a meet for coffee etc.
What I find is happening though, is a meet is organised and then I bump into the 'female' of the couple in chat and mention being nervous about the meet and she has NO IDEA that a meet has been arranged.
It's isn't just single males pretending to be female or part of a couple, it is also one half of a couple using the 'couple status' to organise meets etc when the other half has no idea a meet has been arranged and obviously not included in the meet.
I wonder if some of these 'couples' are the ones not turning up to meets?

there could be an answer to it all , do u contact them do have a good understanding , have u chatted enough to know them if u want a meet asap after saying hello never works , u have to know them first feel safe relaxed then on nuteral ground
