The NSW Central West Couples Group is conducting a Meet and Greet in the rural town of Mudgee on Saturday 5th February 2011. Mudgee is about three and a half hours west of Sydney via Lithgow. It is an easy place to find and offers fine food, historic architecture and an abundance of boutique wineries.
We have chartered a large coach for Saturday afternoon that comes with its own Swingers Heaven driver who will take us to four interesting wineries where may sample and purchase their products if desired. The road trip by itself should be quite entertaining!
The itinerary is:
1. The formal part of the Meet and Greet begins with a o'clock lunch at the Oriental Hotel Bistro which is at 6 Lewis St
Mudgee (corner of Lewis and Mortimer). Just look the the table with the ballons and all of the happy people.
2. At we may board our coach and begin our wine tasting road trip. The coach will depart from the bus stop in front of
Coles in Mortimer St. Its easy to find and is diagonally opposite the Oriental Hotel. The tour will conclude with patrons being
returned to their accommodation around The tour costs $30 per person.
3. Dinner at the Waratah Hotel (cnr Church and Mortimer St) begins at 7pm.
4. At on Sunday morning we invite you all to join us at Elton's cafe in Market St where fine cuisine ranging from savoury
breakfasts to traditional country meals are available in a colonial era setting.
Accommodation venues close to the Central Business District (CBD) includes:
1. Ningana Motel. 76 Mortimer St , The Ningana offers a choice of standard,
deluxe and 2 bedroom units. Appartments are available for larger groups.
2. Mudgee Soldiers Motel. 35 Perry St . The Soldiers offers family rooms, 2 room
suites and a honeymoon suite that features a large shower and a spa.
3. Cobb and Co Boutique Hotel. cnr Market and Perry St . The Cobb and Co
offers a variety of accommodation from standard rooms to spa equipped 2 bedroom apartments.
There are many other fine hotels, motels B&Bs, apartments and farm stays in and around Mudgee. Its worthwhile browsing around to find something that suits your particular needs.
Meet and Greets offer Swingers Heaven members an excellent opportunity to meet other, like-minded people in a comfortable social setting. Attendance at a Meet and Greet does not imply a willingness to play nor should that be inferred.
