The meet is planned for February 9th 2013 pm at The Ettamogah Hotel, Windsor Road, Kellyville.
We will book some outdoor tables for the night please rsvp by February 2nd.

This meet and greet is open to anyone, there is accomodation in the area please contact us if you need help organising something.
Have managed to book The Renegades Hut at Ettamogah which is outside down the back and to the left behind the gambling area and have ordered a couple of platters of nibbles, I will also have Red Balloons to help you identify us.
There has been alot of interest lots of people have RSVP'd but please feel free to pop along spur of the moment the area we have will easily fit 50 so plenty of room, dont be shy just come along :-)

Although we're trying, it looks like we can't get the kids minded that night due to everyone having prior commitments. Having said that, we'll see if we can go out there for dinner, and at least be able to say hi at the beginning, and then leave.

We can make it. However we live a bit out of town. Is there a nearby motel that you can recommend?
There's also a motel in vineyard that will be much cheaper than the hills lodge. It's about 5 minutes west along Windsor rd.
We're hoping to be there.. our plans have been changed, so fingers crossed! Looking forward to a fun night ;) x
