Let's say I somehow convince my wife. How do we get started? Do we just dress-up and go to clubs right away? That would be too much for us especially having no idea and what to expect.
What about ads? How did you guys get started?
That is totally depended on you and your wife. You can go to clubs and get a feel for it. Nobody is going to force you to jump in on everyone.
If you don't feel comfortable going to clubs right away you can try ads, personals. Most couples like ads as you get the chance to choose couples that you feel are ok. You also get the chance to know them before you actually meet.
I would agree with the others. You should check out local ads..see if you come across something that might interest you. or you can place your own ads. There are lot of newcomers out there..If you don't like all the exposure from the clubs..ads are the next best thing.
I would suggest going to clubs intead of ads. That way you can have first hand experience on what's going on. Maybe you can handle it or maybe you can't. But going to ads and having people coming over and then deciding not to do it will be hard for you and the others. So it's better to go to a club for a couple of days. People are very friendly to newcomers.

We have been doing a lot of research lately. We know so much more than we did last month. We also met 2 couples who are more than willing to help us. So as for you, up yours. :P

We just talked about it and we have been thinking about going to clubs. Maybe we should just try ads instead, like you said.
Don't follow ads, but go to clubs for a while and look around what's going on and speak to couples that are swinging for a while. Then you can decide where you can swing or not then you can proceed.
