Well I'll Just have to leave it that i disagree with the majority here.
I think if somebody does not have the decency/balls/respect to say hello in the main chat first before whispering i have the right to complain.
50% of the time i do this publicly, espically if it's a repeat offender.

Maybe you need to think of it from a different perspective.
Whispers are not meant to be sent unless invited to do so.
If the room op knows whos is doing this they can do something about it.
As for turning off whispers there are some that ask first then i'm happy to do it.

Why do people still get caught up in terminology.
