You don't have to actually claim copyright when you produce something that is an original you own the copyright just as long as you are the one to broadcast it first and you have proof of that fact..

could come under the copyright act as the people on cam are the original owners of the broadcast and it should not be copied otherwise it breaks the copyright laws same as a movie DVD music CD and Photographs..

I always thought that we all came on this site for the same reason, and all expected the same amount of discretion from each other. This is disgusting to say the least, i think a way of controlling who can and can't watch you on cam if you have extras is a great idea. Might weed out some of the trouble makers..
