Unfortunately, he was in a public place. Anyone is able to take photos of anything in a public place. Except for minors that is. However that also is very dependant.
I'm not saying I go along with what he did, but really, if we are happy to be naked in a public place, then what is there to hide???
Also he was NOT charged for any offence.

DON'T do it........ We went on that last October. The pools were always cold, apart from the kids pool, it was warm at night, when ALL the pools were closed off. The entertainment was, well little of it. A great ship if all you like to do is NOTHING, read or drink! Great food, great staff, CLEAN rooms!

Just to add the the debate, why are single guys charged more than single girls for various functions, venues and clubs?
