Regrettably on the iPad (and also iPhone) you can't install Abode Flash Player (in a nutshell Abode and Apple aren't friends) and consequently viewing cams using this software isn't possible. However there's a different type of way that the cams can be displayed which is by using encoding. The trouble with this is that it's very resource heavy, the encoding and decoding takes a lot of processing and as a result, the site can only offer 1 webcam to you this way.
Your PC can and has Abode Flash Player installed which is why viewing 5 webcams is possible.
