Saturday's your best bet. It can get pretty intimidating if you're the only couple there, which is the case most times apart from Saturday night.
There's also a couples only room upstairs that's open Saturday nights, and you can get away from the crowd of single men any woman in Aarows tends to attract.
Other than that, it's a pretty decent place. Cheap, nice enough sauna and spa. Nothing special, but then you can't really expect too much for $20.
