Hi NWC,
Like your experience in Perth, I've had a couple of experiences on the East Coast of Australia, where i was unsure as to whether a couple were out for dogging or just 'parking' as we used to call it when I was a teenager.
Its hard to know, and could get you into some serious trouble if you pick the wrong couple, who might just be out for a bit of fun between themselves and not expecting/wanting doggers to either watch or join in.
I'd love to know when you are out here again, and if in Sydney and surrounds, as I'd love to try to tee something up.
