Still cant log onto chat this morning and overall the site is super slow! Hope they fix this soon.

just an update.
Admin believe they have found the chat bug and knocked it out for good. Well they have their fingers crossed. 
As do the mods.
The big problem, wasnt even related to the update, but a smaller problem was. Thanks to Elliot for coming in so early on a Saturday to give it, its spanking. 
Some folks, may still have problems, ie a kick or cam not staying up. Could you please email admin, with details, and they will get back to you as quick as they can, Please remember, they are not normally on site, till after EST mostly. As the site as given a bit of grief and a fair few folk, have used the support system as requested, there maybe some delays getting back to you on matters.
The IM is down and will remain off, till next week.
Well thats all i have for the moment. Chat is 90 percent back and normal for most. Im off site and going back to bed rest. :) So if things go down and admin or techies speak to mods, they will leave messages in here or in chat. And i should be back monday.

Small update - the little i know ---- chat as been changed to a more mobile friendly platform, at the moment, admin and working to get the desktop and mobile version working and looking better.
So a few more tweeks, IM is back up and running at this time, as well.
Admin have asked that all mods are to remind members to please use the support tickets, if u come across any problems or feedback or anything else.
With that said. Im now in the corner.

i keep getting a ''swingersheaven.com cant respond due to long running script'' pop up at the bottom of the page. what is this? also keep getting ''error'' when trying to get into the chatroom, ive raised 2 tickets over this, started to get a bit fed up as really like using the chatroom!

i can't get into chat either, also keep getting a message that a script on this page is causing it to run slow. I'm disappointed with all of this, I thought the site was fine the way it was, now it is totally unsatisfactory.

I have been recommended by admin to say try clearing your cookies and cache, and i know this as worked for me.
It seems some are getting caught by that problem. We have had the rooms back up to full, with only a few more bugs to hit.
The site was updated, to allow for the block features and the mobile users to have a more stable platform. These were requested by alot of members. Which is why the changes. Admin had hoped there wouldnt of been any bugs but thats not the way it happens. Admin are aware of this thread. If clearing the cookies doesnt help, please support ticket admin, is my big suggestion. I can only tell you what as worked for me, and others.

yep im getting the same thing as kerry, maybe the fixaroonies might wanna look at it and type in here watt we need to do, raising tickets is slower. site works on my ipad but shows no facility for me too cam , and if i click on a cam turns the site off. not gonna say how im feeling atm, i think most can guess.

tried swapping from explorer to google chrome and i a least got on line but still realy clunky

Ok folks, with those with the script problem. The problem is ie8, they say to update it, or shift to chrome and use that instead,

These issues have now been resolved, if you're in chat and can't see them you will need to refresh chat using Ctrl F5;
Access to private rooms
Leaving rooms now works, this fixes a number of bugs like joining the lobby etc

Hi,
This seems to only be affecting members on internet explorer version 9.
I currently have the technical team looking into this issue but until then if you wish to enter the chatroom could you either try upgrading your browser to a newer version or try using google chrome? - This hopefully should not be to much longer.
