This is our main concern. We are unsure as how to approach this. We are just putting ideas out as to how in our perfect world how this would work. What would you suggest if you were in the same position! I'm happy to just call it a Poly relationship.
We are wanting kids yes it may not be our right to have kids but at this moment it's hard for us as we may not be able to have kids so we understand the value of them with our nieces and nephews. Jenni as my first wife I feel should have first child unless ivf doesn't work for us. If I have a 2nd wife as such and Jenni can't bare child then she seems happy to play 2nd mum.
I guess in any relationship break down children and their wants and needs are most important. One would hope we are adult enough to arrange living situations etc. these are the issues we want to talk to with people in poly relationships so we are aware of the drawbacks etc

Yeah it's a hard one to work out the finer details and you're right things need to be assessed on what the other parties needs and wants are too in a perfect world our ideas would work but compromise and negotiations are important. We look forward to meeting and chatting to other poly couples this thread is good too. Having time for 1 relationship is hard 2 will be harder and finding time for yourself even more so. It was more our ideas how we think it should work not a strict outline as to how we think it will be. We are very open and in the talking and discussion phase hence why we are here. We have been on to help educate ourselves and joined a Brisbane poly group and hope to meet soon and talk with like minded people to see how thing work for other people.
