Mr ajs here. When we have playtime, I manscape to very light in the pubic area, and use hair removal cream for shaft and balls, etc. I find that regrowth in the pubic area when fully removed can cause ingrown hair, which is unpleasant. Nobody (at Saints, etc) has ever complained.

Possibly something to check is that you're within the category of people that the profiles that you're writing to are after.

It does seem to be dying off...but they all go through phases.
In relation to fake profiles, you probably won't find a site of this nature that allows girls in for free & charges guys that doesn't have them. The others have been accused of that as well...and that has even been publicised on the news at night.
Chat rooms certainly aren't what they were in the past (we've been around for over ten years now). That doesn't only go for this site, but others too. We don't bother much with cams, because as was said, it's often just the man wanking, and once you've seen one, you've seen them all. What turns us off is the same people talking about their medical problems and how they have a headache.... again....and again. That isn't a subject for chat. It's for private whispers, and just brings the vibe of the room down & turns people away.
That said, we use chat to whisper privately to people who we like to stay in touch with from the site, as that works well.
It used to be fun, and we would often spend nights on chat with tears of laughter rolling down our cheeks, and the room whizzing past almost faster than you can read it, there were that many people enjoying the ride.... but that was ten years ago.
Until the tide changes there, we'll just spend our time outside chat & doing searches, which seems to bear more fruit for us.

As we happen to be children free, we're considering Couples Club this coming Saturday night (though we would prefer a one-on-one meet), and wonder if anyone knows whether it's well patronised or not at this time, given that people may be away.

This very matter has been discussed over many threads in recent times.
Another suggestion previously made was that in the search options, we should have the opportunity to tick a box that eliminates any profiles that are absent 90 days or more from the search result. At least that way we'll have more than one or two profiles to look at on each page of results.
We too consider it fraudulent to leave long abandoned profiles on the site in an effort to bolster the apparent membership numbers, thus attracting unsuspecting new paying members.
That said, there are still many genuine members on here with intention to play, but cleaning the membership up a bit would definitely help us all find what we're after more easily.

We're keen on face shots ourselves.
We assess our "attraction" based on face shots, and meet & greet based on that. To us, they're crucial.
Ours are kept in the PG, and potential playmates always get to see them to make their own assessment.
To us, face shots are way more important than body shots (though it's also nice to see those too).
